He walked with a jaunty step, his plane finally landed after the thirteen hour flight from Seoul South Korea to Chicago, Illinois. In just a few short hours he would be done flying all together, having caught his connecting flight. The idea of those arms holding him close was enough to make him walk just a little faster as if that would make his connecting flight go any faster.
Arriving at his gate he waited impatiently to board his plane and then again for the plane to arrive in Minneapolis. When he had left he had left a friend behind, a friend he had just met, forced on him by his parents. But over the course of the last two years he had gotten to know the girl for whom his heart now beat. He had been so joyous when he had discovered that she felt the same for him that he felt for her. Before he had left Korea he had purchased a ring, one he planned to give her the moment he got done hugging and kissing her.
Just then the announcement came for him to put up his tray and fasten his seat belt. The closer he got to her the faster his heart beat, finally feeling as if it would burst from his chest when he finally laid eyes on her lovely face for the first time in two years, seeing her in a whole new light now that he was sure that he loved her.
